Title: Orange Cranberry Nut Bread

2 1/4	ts	Yeast
3	c	Bread flour
1	tb	Orange zest, grated
1	ts	Salt
2	tb	Sugar
4	tb	Powdered milk
1	tb	Butter or margarine
1	c	Water
1	lg	Egg
1 1/2	ts	Vanilla
1	ts	Lemon juice
1/2	c	Cranberries,dried,sweetened
1/2	c	Walnuts, chopped, toasted

Place all ingredients in machine except fruit and nuts. Use raisin bread setting, adding cranberries and nuts at the beep.
